When Two Is One? My works deals with the notion of duality and
issues of sexuality. Exploring this through experimentation,
combining fabrics, materials, embroidery, appropriated images
as well as texts, which incorporates two different characteristics/
elements (be it contrasting or complementary), but evolves and
stand as one entity. The zipper is a mundane object of common
use that has an untapped sensuous possibility on its own or even
when introduced to an image or situation, thus enhancing its
sublime sensuality and sexuality.
