This exhibition features selected works by five leading painters of the 1980’s
namely Panya Vijinthanasarn, Vasan Sitthiket, Rearngsak Boonyavanishkul, Chatchai Puipia, and Sakwut Wisesmanee. All five painters except Panya, excel in figurative works, be it realistic paintings of Thai and Balinese dancers by Rearngsak, to satirical self-portraits paintings by Chatchai, while Panya is well-known for his innovative expression of contemporary Buddisht subject.
