Ballad for the Breathing

Riety Pahn is a Thai-Cantonese multidisciplinary artist whose work centers on the fragility of nature and the loss of biodiversity in an age of ecological collapse.

Her first major exhibition, The Vein/Vain (2018), gained national recognition for its striking storytelling method through artwork. Since then, her work has been exhibited in contemporary galleries, fashion platforms, and public art spaces. She performs her art live at Musée Guimet in Paris, one of the world’s leading institutions of Asian art. Her work was also featured during Paris Fashion Week, and she was named one of Southeast Asia’s Top 10 Influential Creatives by Tatler.

นิทรรศการหลักครั้งแรกและครั้งสำคัญของเธอคือ The Vein/Vain (2561) ซึ่งสร้างชื่อเสียงในระดับประเทศด้วยวิธีการเล่าเรื่องที่แปลกใหม่ผ่านผลงานศิลปะที่โดดเด่น ทำให้ตั้งแต่นั้นมา เธอได้มีโอกาสจัดแสดงผลงานศิลปะมากมาย ไม่ว่าจะในหอศิลป์ร่วมสมัย หรือพื้นที่ศิลปะต่าง ๆ ที่สำคัญ ปั๋ นเคยเดินทางไปจัดแสดงการวาดภาพสดที่พิพิธภัณฑ์กีเม่ต์ (Musée Guimet) ณ กรุงปารีส ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในสถาบันชั้นนำของโลกด้านศิลปะเอเชีย นอกจากนี้ ผลงานของเธอได้ร่วมจัดแสดงในปารีสแฟชั่นวีค (Paris Fashion Week) และได้รับการจัดอันดับเป็น 1 ใน 10 ผู้สร้างสรรค์ที่ทรงอิทธิพลที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยแทตเลอร์ (Tatler)อีกด้วย
