| The size of the painting in high
school level is required 100 x 100 cms. The size of the painting in university level is required 150 x 150 cms. The painting techniques are not specified. However, the work must not have gone through any other contest before. |
| The contestants must submit the work personally |
within December 20-23,2000 or send the work by mail no later than 23 December 2000 |
