The professional and amateur of
illustrators are invited to compete for scholarships and certificates
from Prime Minister. By creating illustrations for children book
(0-18 years old). They can be illustrated in any kind of documents
as story, novel or folk story. The works have to be included
names and written captions of the illustration. The size of the painting eligible according to the requirement should be 8" x 11" and not bigger than 15" x 24". The painting techniques are not specified. However, the work must not have gone through any other contest before.
