art competition. The competition provide artists with an opportunity
to compete for scholarships. The art work will not exceed 15" x 22" with a cap of Prickly Heat Powder (a cap per work) The competition is divided into 3 educational level categories as follow : 1. Kindergarten, Primary school, Secondary school in the topic of "Little naughty snake" 2. Junior High School in the topic of "Toy in imagination" 3.
