Applying
1. The applicants in Bangkok, metropolitan and regional areas can apply online since 9 March 2015 and not late than 30 April 2015.
2. Fill in application form both in English and Thai as there are the Japanese committees.
3. An applicant (Company/Designer) can submit not more than 5 products, application form can be downloaded to prepare information before fill in online application.

Criteria of application
1. Design by Thai designers or foreign designers for Thai company and produce Thai product and can be either Industrial craft product or Industrial product
* Industrial craft product means the product is produced by using the man skills and machine to produce the same standard product.
* Industrial product means the product is mainly produced by machine to produce the same standard as the product in the local or international market (at least 3 months)
2. One piece product or Series product

Design Excellence Award 2015 Online Registration
- The applicants in Bangkok, metropolitan and regional areas can apply online since 9 March 2015 and not late than 30 Apirl 2015.
- The applicants can download application as the sample to prepare the information before to apply online
- One applicant or 1 company can apply more than 1 product but not more than 5 products and must prepare application and additional document for each product.

การสมัคร
1. สมัครออนไลน์ได้จากเวปตั้งแต่บัดนี้จนถึงวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2558 โดยทั้งผู้สมัครในเขตกรุงเทพฯ, เขตปริมณฑล และจากภูมิภาคจะพิจารณาจากวันที่สมัครออนไลน์จากทางเว็บไซต์
2. การกรอกใบสมัคร จะต้องกรอกข้อมูลในใบสมัครเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ เนื่องจากคณะกรรมการบางท่านเป็นกรรมการจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น
3. ผู้สมัคร 1 บริษัท/ผู้ออกแบบ สามารถส่งผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าประกวดได้ไม่เกิน 5 รายการ ผู้สมัครสามารถดาวน์โหลด เอกสารใบสมัครเพื่อทำการเตรียมข้อมูล ในการกรอกออนไลน์ได้

หลักเกณฑ์การรับสมัคร
1. ออกแบบโดยนักออกแบบไทย หรือนักออกแบบต่างชาติ สำหรับบริษัทที่เป็นของคนไทยและผลิตสินค้าไทย ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตในระบบอุตสาหกรรม หรือหัตถอุตสาหกรรม ตามที่กำหนด
* สินค้าหัตถอุตสาหกรรม หมายถึงสินค้าที่มีระบบการผลิตที่ใช้ทักษะแรงงานคน ผสมผสานกับการใช้เครื่องจักรเพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีมาตรฐานใกล้เคียงกัน
* สินค้าอุตสาหกรรม หมายถึงสินค้าที่มีระบบการผลิตที่ใช้เครื่องจักรเป็นหลักเพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีมาตรฐานเดียวกันเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีวางจำหน่าย และมีผลเชิงพาณิชย์ในตลาดในประเทศ หรือต่างประเทศมาแล้ว (ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 เดือน)
2. เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ชิ้นเดียว หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นชุด (SERIES)

เกณฑ์การพิจารณา
1. Design Story (15 points)
- ที่มาและแนวคิดในการออกแบบ
- กลยุทธ์ในการออกแบบเพื่อนำผลิตภัณฑ์สู่ตลาด
2. Creativity/Originality (25 points)
- ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
- เป็นต้นแบบที่แตกต่างจากที่เคยมีมา
- มีผลกระทบต่ออนาคต
- ใช้เทคโนโลยีหรือวัสดุใหม่ๆ
3. Emotional/Aesthetics (20 points)
- งดงาม
- ส่งเสริมรูปแบบการใช้ชีวิต
4. User Impacts (25 points)
- การมีประโยชน์ใช้สอยที่ดี
- สะดวกสบายในการใช้งาน
- ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภค
- ความปลอดภัย
- ออกแบบเพื่อตอบสนองกลุ่มผู้ใช้ได้หลากหลาย
- ส่งเสริมให้ผู้ใช้มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์

- เปิดรับสมัครออนไลน์ วันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2558 ถึง 30 เมษายน 2558
- สำหรับผู้สมัครที่สนใจสมัครโครงการ DEmark สามารถดาวน์โหลดตัวอย่างใบสมัคร เพื่อใช้สำหรับเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อกรอกใบสมัครออนไลน์ได้ โดยดาวน์โหลดใบสมัคร
- ผู้สมัคร 1 ราย หรือ 1 บริษัท สามารถสมัครได้มากกว่า 1 ผลิตภัณฑ์ แต่ไม่เกิน 5 ผลิตภัณฑ์ และจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารการสมัครและเอกสารประกอบต่างๆ ให้ครบทุกผลิตภัณฑ์
