Krungthai Bank Co. Ltd., (The Bank) has organized the 3rd Krungthai Art Awards with the gratefulness to the immeasurable benevolence of His Majesty King Bhumibol Ajulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. In addition to the aspiration to promote and support the artworks creation in Thailand to step into the international level, the contest also aims to build up knowledge exchanging networks as well as upsurges the aesthetic beauty and virtue for mankind and eventually helps elevate the prosperity of mind and thought of people in the society.

Theme of Contest
1. “The Beloved King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thais’ Hearts” The artworks shall have content and inspiration motivated by the immeasurable benevolence of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. With their Majesties’ diligence on the duties, the remarkable talents in arts and sciences, together with the royal grace and gracious etiquette, their Majesties have become the beloved King and Queen to all Thais. In creating the artworks with the intention to express gratitude and admiration for their Majesties, the artists can either select to present the content from among these three concepts namely; 1. Artwork with the concept related to both His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, 2. Artwork with the concept related to only His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej or 3. Artwork with the concept related to only Her Majesty Queen Sirikit.
2. Theme of Krungthai “The City of Thailand” Along with the pride of Thainess, Krungthai Bank has operated the business along with Thais for over 50 years and determined to promote artworks containing and being inspired by the diversity of Thai art and culture, architecture, handicraft, tradition and people’ way of life in order to convey the theme of “Krungthai” or City of Thailand, which full of valuable and aesthetic creativity, leading to the happiness, virtue and maturity to society and mankind.

การประกวดศิลปกรรมกรุงไทย ครั้งที่ 3 บมจ. ธนาคารกรุงไทย (“ธนาคาร”) จัดโครงการประกวดศิลปกรรมกรุงไทย ครั้งที่ 3 ด้วยสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณในพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ด้วยการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการสร้างงานศิลปกรรมให้ก้าวสู่ระดับสากล ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ สร้างความงามและคุณค่าแห่งความดีเพื่อมวลมนุษยชาติ อันเป็นการนำพาสังคมสู่ความเจริญงอกงามทั้งทางด้านจิตใจและความคิดในที่สุด

แนวเรื่อง (Theme)
1.ศิลปกรรมด้วยสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ
มีเนื้อหาและแรงบันดาลใจจากองค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ผู้ทรงเปี่ยมด้วยพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ ทรงอุทิศพระองค์ในการปฏิบัติพระราชกรณียกิจนานัปการ ทรงมี พระอัจฉริยภาพในศาสตร์และศิลป์เป็นที่ประจักษ์ ทรงมีพระวิริยะ พระจริยาวัตรและน้ำพระราชหฤทัยอันงดงามเป็นแบบอย่าง อันประเสริฐ ทรงเป็นมิ่งขวัญของปวงชนชาวไทยด้วยทรงมีคุณูปการต่อแผ่นดินไทยในทุกมิติ สามารถเลือกสร้างสรรค์ผลงานได้ 3 รูปแบบ คือ 1. เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ทั้งสองพระองค์ 2. เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช พระองค์เดียว 3. เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระองค์เดียว
2. ศิลปกรรมกรุงไทย
ธนาคารกรุงไทย ภาคภูมิใจในความเป็นไทย ดำเนินงานเคียงคู่คนไทยมาตลอดระยะเวลา 50 ปี มุ่งส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปกรรมที่มีเนื้อหาและแรงบันดาลใจเกี่ยวกับประเทศไทย ในด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม สถาปัตยกรรม หัตถกรรม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี วิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ เพื่อสื่อถึง “กรุงไทย” ที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ด้วยงานสร้างสรรค์อันทรงคุณค่าและสุนทรียะ ก่อให้เกิดความสุข สร้างความดีงาม นำสังคมและมวลมนุษยชาติสู่ความเจริญรุ่งเรือง

เปิดรับสมัครและส่งผลงาน ระหว่างวันที่ 1 - 5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2560 เวลา 9.00 - 17.00 น.
