" Painting is like breathing, I do it alone and it is not necessary for others to observe me doing so. Painting is concerned with my life, if I'm not practising my art then my life is lacking something. It is all part of my being. Everything I do comes from the same level of my mind ; reading, playing, speaking, even painting, it's all the same to me.

The idea comes from experience and is then mixed with internal thought. It is something like the imagination being led by the idea and also affected by emotion that is not consciously controlled. It is idealistic.

Spiritual practice affected my art indirectly and while doing my work it helped me understand religion but not very cleary, it was like a shadow that you cannot touch.

Faith without wisdom makes one dull and uninspired. Knowledge alone makes one hard and adamant. Therefore it is essential to have a combination of love, faith and wisdom to live peacefully."
